Face/body painter looking for september housing in Europe

I want to spend about 20-25 days in Europe in September, pretty open about the location - as long as I can work there on the pedestrian street or in a park/Zoo without any hussles. I am especially interested in Galloway, Dublin, London, Amsterdam or Barcelona - but will consider other cities. Looking for a room or house-share with fellow street performers or artists, the cheaper-the better, but some privacy is a must.
