I met him in Paris a couple of years running.
He was a formative force and taught me that my prime responsibility is to entertain myself and gave me also the ability to celebrate unhappiness. He is a Portugese pantomime who would be about 50 by now and worked for a decade in San francisco before getting his green card and working Paris where I met him.
He mimed conversations with god, and out of boredom with his audience wrote mime poetry.
