The Key West Citizen January 10 2oo7... Escape artist released. He was released from jail Monday after pleading no contest to culpable negligence charges. HE was pronounced guilty and ordered to pay nearly 60,000 dollars restitution to 4 agencies that launched the rescue effort. He was also sentenced to the maximum term of 60 days in jail for which he already served.
