I am a recording artist manager who has sent a number of bands and performers to China over the past five years. All of the artists have come home with great experiences and an overall feeling of satisfaction from their time there.
My associates in China have asked that I help them find street performers of various types who would be willing to come to China for about two months at a time to perform at various venues throughout the country. The venues will provide flights, acommodations and meals and pay.
Here's the catch though, most of the venues can only affor to pay somewhere around $4,000 per month, so for most established street performers the pay is not very attractive.
However, if you are a young up and coming performer looking to get a solid gig and excellent experience with your show, or if you are an established performer just looking for something different during the slow winter months..... these opportunities may be for you.
