I am considering busking in Nice, France/Paris, France/Prague, Czech Republic, Montreal/Canada, San Francisco/California . . . for just playing in the street, not particularly buskerfests or festivals. Do you need a licence? (I know that in Toronto you can get a yearly license for about $35) What are the best areas to play? Is it easier to pick up a bigger hat in Europe? Are there any secrets of busking, particularly in Europe? Thanks.
